The Combo Sacred Valley to Inca Trail will give you the opportunity to appreciate the archaeological sites of Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Chinchero, Moray, Salineras and more... temples, palaces and agricultural centers that survive to this day despite the passage of time; and then hike from Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu (Inca Trail), that starts at Km 104 of the Cusco - Aguas Calientes railway line. It is an uphill walk, make sure you have everything you need such as: repellent sunscreen, head protection, water, etc. For 3 hours you will have to climb steadily through pastures until you reach Wiñayhuayna and another two hours of walking until you reach the entrance to Machu Picchu. During the Short Inca Trail 2 days you will feel the connection with all the flora, fauna and geography of the area. Highlights of the Sacred Valley to Short Inca Trail
- Visit one of the last traditional markets that remain in this part of Peru: the tourist market of Pisac
- Get to know the Archaeological Park of Pisac (34 kilometers from Cusco), some Inca constructions scattered high up in the mountains above the town of Pisac. The site has platforms, warehouses, rooms, plazas and imposing towers that earned it the name of 'City of Towers'.
- Visit the archaeological ensemble of Ollantaytambo (64 kilometers from Cusco), an urban center and Inca ceremonial site. It also served as a fortress during the resistance of Manco Inca, one of the last Inca leaders.
- Guided tour of the Moray platforms, which are actually a center of agricultural study of great importance during the Empire of the Incas. It is 49 kilometers from the city of Cusco. Its terraces in circular form created a variety of microclimates where various agricultural products were cultivated where the coca leaf prevailed.
- Also visit the Archaeological Center of Chinchero (32 kilometers from Cusco), an agricultural center initially inhabited by the Killke culture until the Inca conquest and the subsequent construction of platforms, walls and even the palace of Tupac Yupanqui.
- Finally climb the Inca Trail to the citadel of Machu Picchu, considered one of the 7 wonders of the world.

Itineray Details
Day 01: Private Sacred Valley tour
The Sacred Valley to Inca Trail tour starts at 7:00 am, the transfer pick you up from your hotel. Then we go to the Sacred Valley (2 hours trip) to visit the most important places of the Valley, we will start visiting the villages, traditional markets and Pisac archaeological center, from where you can appreciate the impressive platforms of the Inca period and the village. Continuing with the trip through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, we make a stop, for the (buffet lunch in tourist restaurant of Urubamba). After lunch, about 30 minutes away, we will visit the salt mines, close to the town of Maras, and then visit Moray, the agrarian experimentation center of the incas. After the visit to this archaeological centers we went to the town of Chinchero, where we can visit the colonial temple with interesting frescoes in the portico built on the foundations of an Inca building. Then we go to the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo, enjoy the Ollantaytambo fortress and observe the agricultural areas; what stands out most is the cultivation of rainfed corn, without irrigation, also the cultivation of Andean tubers and cereals. Spend the night in Ollantaytambo.
