This is valid for all alternative treks to the Inca Trail. You can go ahead and click on the "BOOK ONLINE" button, then fill in all details required. As there are spots available every day, you can book 24 hrs before the trek chosen. Our departures are 100% guaranteed!

We require a 50% deposit for all our Peru treks and tours!

Bank charges vary depending on your bank, the amount transferred, and the intermediary banking institutions that your bank uses to transfer money. If we receive less than the required deposit because you have not fully covered the bank charges, we will add the difference to your outstanding balance. Please contact our sales department and it will email you our bank account number.
To pay through Western Union, either visit their nearest local office (located worldwide) or pay online at www.westernunion.com (select your country and language at the top left). Make a note of the name and date of your tour here. Then, do not forget to tell us your transaction code (MTCN), which will be provided to you.
When paying through MoneyGram, visit their nearest local office or pay online at www.moneygram.com.
Please note: Western Union and MoneyGram require a 12% surcharge on the amount transferred. The fee is not included in the price of our tours and must be paid in full by the customer !!

To be able to complete your booking, we will need your personal details like the following: full name, gender, passport number, date of the passport expiration, date of birth, nationality, diet requirements (if applicable), email address, and medical restrictions.
In order to travel with Tierras Vivas, you must obtain adequate (full coverage) travel insurance.

The balance due can be paid on arrival. However, if you book less than 2 or 1 day before the departure of the tour, full payment is required after confirmation of the tour.
Once you have paid your deposit, Tierras Vivas will provide you with all relevant pre-departure information, including a Service Voucher (please check your Inbox or Spam folders). Your final documentation will be issued 2 or 1 day prior to your departure date.
