Annual Training for Tierras Vivas Trekking Staff

Every year, the dedicated team at Tierras Vivas Trekking comes together for a specialized and comprehensive training program aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of both our valued travelers and our team members. This unique preparation is designed to equip our staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle various aspects of trekking expeditions.

The training covers three crucial areas: personal health, first aid, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Each staff member undergoes a thorough capitation process, delving into personal health practices to maintain their well-being during demanding treks. This includes physical fitness, mental well-being, and personal care to ensure they are prepared for the challenges of the outdoors.

First aid training is a fundamental component, empowering our staff to respond effectively to any unforeseen situations that may arise during treks. From minor injuries to more serious incidents, our team is well-versed in providing immediate and appropriate medical assistance.

Additionally, HACCP training ensures that our staff is well-prepared to handle food safety and hygiene during trekking expeditions.
