When you arrive to Aguas Calientes, a Tierras Vivas representative will meet you at the train station with a sign board with your name on it. Transfer to your hotel. When you make the reservation with us, please provide the information of your hotel in Cusco, so we can coordinate the transfer.
If no one is there and you have not made contact with our local operatos/representative within 15 minutes of arrival, we recommend that you make your own way to the Hotel. Please apply to your travel agent on your return for a refund of the transfer cost if this occurs.
If your assistant does not speak English and you do not speak Spanish, simply show the assistant the hotel address to simplify communications.
