Tierras Vivas data Protection and Privacy Policy

Please note that Tierras Vivas collects and stores the information from you when you complete the Contact Form.

No sensitive or non-essential data is collected. We store all names and addresses electronically. Should you wish your details to be removed from our electronic database, please contact us by email or in writing and we will remove them immediately.

When you book a holiday, Tierras Vivas may share some of your details with suppliers, hotel, local operators or other involved third parties. However, we will only provide them with the information necessary to ensure the successful fulfillment of your holiday or travel arrangements.

We do not sell, trade or rent customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of ever doing so.

We will not email you in the future unless you give your consent and we will only send you promotional material if you have specifically signed up to be on our Mailing List. We will keep your data up to date and will change or delete it when requested.
